Disney recently announced that their Blizzard Beach water park will reopen on 6th November 2023. The water park has been closed since March of this year.
As Blizzard Beach reopens, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park will close for refurbishment with its last day of operation being 5th November 2023.
Disney has confirmed that that their two water parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach will not reopen until March 2021.
Disney usually alternate their water parks over the winter season with one open and the other closed. Due to the current pandemic their water parks have so far not reopened with the rest of Walt Disney World.
Disney has now confirmed that both parks will remain closed and that they plan on opening one of the water parks on 7th March, 2021. Continue reading
