As part of Disney’s reopening plans they have been assessing theme park events and have determined that many of it’s featured shows such as Parades, Stage Shows and Fireworks can not go ahead in the new unprecedented environment.

Disney has taken the decision to cancel the 2020 Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP). Additionally, Disney H2O Glow Nights, the nighttime special ticket event at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, will not take place for the remainder of 2020. Guests who have already bought tickets to these events will be assisted with refunds over the coming weeks.

Disney will continue monitoring the ongoing situation regarding the viability of future events such as Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) and EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, which includes the Candlelight Processional.
